To ensure the best results, we require your cooperation in finalizing the key details of your project. Once everything is confirmed, our expert team begins production with precision, care, and attention to quality.
Order Summary
At Wuzwear Industry, we carefully document every instruction and artwork you share, creating a detailed order summary. This process usually takes one to two business days, depending on clarity of information. If details are missing or unclear, additional time may be required to ensure accuracy before moving to the next step.
Approval
Once the order summary is ready, we share it with you by phone or email for review. Our apparel consultant will guide you through requested changes and finalize adjustments. After you approve the summary, the official turnaround time begins, allowing us to confidently proceed with the sampling process.
Sampling Process
At Wuzwear Industry, you may choose to receive a sample before bulk production or proceed directly. For first orders, we recommend sampling to ensure accuracy. After approving the order summary, we create a sample piece or share detailed images. With your approval, the process advances smoothly to bulk production.
Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, Wuzwear Industry begins bulk production based on your finalized model. Throughout this stage, our team keeps you informed and ensures quality standards are met. You can relax knowing we handle everything with precision, delivering your order promptly according to the agreed quantity and production timeline.
Preproduction Planning Phase
We carefully plan the entire order, assign tasks, and communicate with every department. A detailed execution flowchart ensures smooth operations, efficiency, and proper coordination before the production process begins.
Digitizing Phase
Design concepts are digitized into accurate files for embroidery and printing. This step ensures perfect detailing, alignment, and precision in production, allowing your creative ideas to be transformed into reality seamlessly.
Procurement Phase
All required raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers. Only premium-quality items are purchased to guarantee strength, durability, and comfort in your custom apparel manufacturing requirements.
Pattern/Panel Cutting Phase
Expert pattern makers prepare accurate templates based on client measurements. Each panel is carefully cut with precision tools to achieve the correct shapes, guaranteeing a flawless foundation for garment assembly.
Printing/Dyeing Phase
Garments are dyed or printed with brand colors, designs, or artwork. Advanced techniques ensure vibrant results, colorfastness, and durability, bringing your brand’s unique identity to life on every apparel piece.
Sewing/Tagging Phase
Our skilled team sews panels into complete garments using high-quality stitching techniques. Branding elements like labels and tags are added at this stage, ensuring a professional and customized finishing touch.
Quality Checking Phase
Each garment passes through strict quality inspections. Defective items are replaced with pre-prepared backup units. Only flawless pieces continue forward, ensuring customers receive the highest standard apparel without any compromise.
Packing Phase
Finished garments are neatly ironed, folded, and packed. Packaging materials are selected according to customer requirements, providing a premium unboxing experience while ensuring safe and secure delivery to destinations.
Shipment Phase
Orders are handed to reliable global logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, or Skynet. Tracking numbers are provided, ensuring your shipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and within the promised timeframe.
Delivery & Feedback
After successful delivery, we collect client feedback to evaluate performance. Suggestions and experiences help us improve, maintain strong relationships, and ensure continuous growth while exceeding customer expectations consistently.
